Shared Rooms

Many activities in a School happen in dedicated rooms which are often shared. It is important to add that as a constraint so that two or more Classes using the Shared Room do not get scheduled at the same time. SchoolPivot allows Shared Rooms Rules to achieve that. Shared Rooms are also made available for all the lessons.

Add a Shared Room

The following video shows how to add Gym as a Shared Room for Sports classes in Central High School. Use CTRL + Click (Cmd + Clock) to select the classes that need to share the room. Once room has been selected, save the changes by clicking the Save button:

Remove a Shared Room

Shared rooms can be easily removed for a specific class as shown below:
